Walk up the ramp from Exhibition Hall, to the “Mall of Equifest” and find lots more vendors, VIPS and visit the clinicians at their booths in The Better Horses
Radio Ponderosa Room. Also, our Equifest Theater (located in the Pioneer Room) where Best of America by Horseback and Ben Masters of Unbranded will be
presenting. The Better Horses Radio Ponderosa Room, the Kansas Farm Bureau sponsored Kiddie Corral, and the Kansas Horse Council Foundation Silent
Auction are all located in the Mall of Equifest. NEW this year, in The Better Horses Radio Ponderosa Room, sign your youths up to “Paint your own Breyer”
workshop, limited to 300 blank Stablemates, provided by Reeves International and Breyer Horses, led by Leaping Llama Artisian Shop! "Paint Your Own Breyer"
Stablemates are limited to the 1st 300 to sign up, limit one per youth.
Equifest Workshop Room
Workshop Room schedule is completely full of speakers that are the best in the business! Find it up the ramp in the Mall of EquiFest. It will feature three days
full of lectures with visual aids and up close discussions about equine health, training, nutrition, and so much more. Visit the Workshop Speakers tab to see

Equifest Theater
Ben Masters of the documentary film, Unbranded will be featured this year. Meet & greet with Ben, have him sign your copy of the
movie or book, and experience the beautiful cinematography of this film and the epic journey across our great west from Mexico to
Canada with adopted mustangs! You will want to saddle up and head west too!
The Better Horses Radio Ponderosa
Come see Ernie Rodina of Better Horses, along with his amazing team hanging out at the Ponderosa. There will be giveaways throughout the weekend, live
radio interviews, musical entertainment, meet and greet with the clinicians at their booths, more vendors, and the Better Horses Radio team will be on site to
answer questions and chat with their fans! Up the ramp in the Mall of Equifest, come visit the Better Horses Ponderosa!
Kansas Horse Council Foundation Silent Auction
You’ll find some great bid opportunities and know you are contributing directly to the 2020 Scholarship awards that will be presented to applicant winners in
June! KHCF has been actively funding scholarships for graduating high school students and continuing college students since 2006 and has awarded over
$114,000 since then, primarily funded by the Silent Auction at Equifest. Please make a tax deductible donation to the 2020 Silent
Auction. We welcome monetary donations, as well as auction items, both new and gently used, gift baskets, gift certificates,
experiences and more. This is a win-win deal....you donate to a great cause, receive a tax credit and the KHCF provides scholarships

Kansas Farm Bureau Kiddie Corral
The Kansas Farm Bureau Kids Corral is the place to go when the kids need some play time! Take advantage of the Cowboy Dress-Up,
roping dummies, and face painting for some family fun! There will be coloring, arts and crafts, as well as educational games. The K-State
Rodeo Club is on hand to teach the little buckaroos and buckarettes how to swing a rope and ride a (stick) horse. Great photo ops for the
parents!
Cowboy Church
Pastor Curtis Rowdybush, from Crossroads Cowboy Church in Perry, Kansas will lead fellowship at 9 am Sunday in the EquiFest Theatre up the ramp in the
Mall of EquiFest.
Farrier Contest
Formed in 1987, the Kansas Farrier Association (KFA) is the 39th Chapter of the American Farrier Association (AFA). Through the years, KFA has provided
continuing education for members by hosting numerous clinics, demonstrations and contests. This year, the Guard Sales Stall Barn at Equifest of KS will be the
location for a large farrier contest with 30 of the state’s top farriers competing per specific criteria of rare specialty shoe builds. Come by on Friday and Saturday
to watch the competition and on Sunday at 10:15 stop into the stallbarn for the Farrier’s Panel Q&A where you can ask any questions and get some top
knowledge answers! The KFA participants will be on site all 3 days to attend to horses at Equifest as well. They will be happy to visit with patrons about the art
of the blacksmith trade!
The Art Show & Cowboy Gallery with Cowboy Poetry
A must see…located in the Mall of Equifest, Better Horses Ponderosa Room will be the cowboy art show & gallery and cowboy poetry
entertainment. Relax in this atmosphere with some cowboy music and poetry intermittent throughout the weekend, view the incredible
horse art on display and take something special home that day!
